Introduction

Most creators set goals in the big numbers — a million views a year, a hundred thousand a month — then have no idea what those goals mean day to day. That gap is where plans fall apart, because a yearly goal either gets ignored for eleven months or gets attacked in panicked streaks. The Thumbix Daily Views Calculator closes the gap: pick a monthly or yearly target, and it instantly tells you the daily, weekly, and monthly views required to stay on pace. Growth becomes a number you can schedule instead of a number you hope for.

What Is This Tool?

The Daily Views Calculator converts a monthly or yearly view goal into the average views per day you need to hit it. It also shows the weekly and monthly averages implied by that daily number, so you can schedule content and promotion around a real, actionable target.

Instead of eyeballing 'we need more views', you get an exact pacing number: today's views versus today's target. The math is simple division, but the behavior it enables — consistent daily output instead of last-minute pushes — is what actually moves channels forward.

The Formula

The core calculation is a straightforward division:

daily views needed = view goal ÷ number of days in the period
  • Monthly goal: daily views = goal ÷ 30.44 (average days in a month).
  • Yearly goal: daily views = goal ÷ 365.

From that daily figure the tool derives the rest: weekly = daily × 7, monthly average = daily × 30.44, and yearly average = daily × 365.

Worked Example

Say your goal is 120,000 views in a month. The calculator divides 120,000 by 30.44, which gives about 3,942 views per day. The weekly equivalent is 3,942 × 7 = 27,594 views, and at that pace you would average 1.44 million views over a full year.

Now flip it to a yearly goal of 1,000,000 views. Divide 1,000,000 by 365, and you need about 2,740 views per day — roughly 19,178 per week, or 83,000 per month. Same destination, very different daily target, and now you know exactly which one to aim for.
