The Formula
The core calculation is a straightforward division:
daily views needed = view goal ÷ number of days in the period
- Monthly goal: daily views = goal ÷ 30.44 (average days in a month).
- Yearly goal: daily views = goal ÷ 365.
From that daily figure the tool derives the rest: weekly = daily × 7, monthly average = daily × 30.44, and yearly average = daily × 365.
Worked Example
Say your goal is 120,000 views in a month. The calculator divides 120,000 by 30.44, which gives about 3,942 views per day. The weekly equivalent is 3,942 × 7 = 27,594 views, and at that pace you would average 1.44 million views over a full year.
