Cookies Policy
Last updated: September 2026. A plain-English look at how Thumbix stores data in your browser.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember your preferences and understand how visitors use them. Thumbix keeps cookie use minimal and transparent.
Strictly necessary storage
Thumbix stores a small amount of data in your browser so the site functions correctly. This includes your light or dark theme preference and the download history of the tools you use. This data stays on your device and is never sent to or stored on our servers.
Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics setup that counts page views and tool usage in aggregate. Where possible, this is done without tracking individual visitors across sites.
Advertising cookies
Thumbix displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may place cookies or similar technologies on your device to serve and measure ads, personalize ads based on your browsing activity, and limit how often a given ad appears.
AdSense advertising cookies are set and controlled by Google, not by Thumbix. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, or via YourOnlineChoices. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland see a consent prompt before advertising cookies are loaded.
Managing or deleting cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. You can also clear your browser's local storage, which removes Thumbix's saved preferences and tool history. This will not break the tools — you will simply start with a fresh history.
For anything else about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
